Step 1 – Designing

Every masterpiece begins with imagination. Our designers sketch concepts that blend timeless beauty with modern elegance, carefully refining each detail before moving to the next stage.

Step 2 – CAD/CAM

We bring ideas to life with advanced CAD/CAM technology, transforming hand-drawn sketches into precise 2D and 3D models. This ensures flawless accuracy and serves as the blueprint for the entire production process.

Step 3 – Model Making

From digital concept to physical form, our artisans craft a silver master model through casting. This serves as the foundation for replicating designs with precision.

Step 4 – Rubber Mould

To preserve every design, we create rubber moulds that allow us to reproduce identical pieces while keeping the original safe and intact for the future.

Step 5 – Waxing / Wax Tree

Using the mould, wax replicas are produced and carefully arranged into a “wax tree.” This preparation stage ensures balance and stability for flawless casting.

Step 6 – Casting

One of the most intricate steps, casting transforms wax models into solid metal forms. Through precision melting and pouring, each design begins to take shape in its final material.

Step 7 – Grinding

Our craftsmen refine raw castings by smoothing imperfections, ensuring every surface is ready for the next stage of perfection.

Step 8 – Filing, Assembly & Pre-Polishing

Details are sharpened, components are seamlessly joined, and the piece undergoes careful pre-polishing — preparing it for gemstone setting and final finishing.

Step 9 – Stone Setting

Gemstones are meticulously set using techniques such as prong, bezel, pave, or channel, each enhancing the brilliance and durability of the jewellery.

Step 10 – Polishing

Every piece is polished by hand and machine to achieve a radiant shine, highlighting the craftsmanship and elevating the natural beauty of the metal.

Step 11 – Rhodium Plating

For select pieces, a layer of rhodium is applied to enhance whiteness, durability, and brilliance, giving jewellery a lasting finish.

Step 12 – Quality Control

The journey concludes with strict quality checks — from measurements to inspections — ensuring that each Everest Jewellery creation meets the highest standards before it reaches you.
